Andi's HOPE was created in memory of Andrea R. DePolo. Andrea or Andi as her friends called her had a dream, and that dream was to one day own and operate a bakery. Andrea also believed that no one should ever be without food. Andi worked as a registered nurse in Kingston, New York. In 2004 Andi passed away unexpectedly from a brain aneurysm, this tragic event left a hole in the hearts of all who loved and knew her. In celebration of Andis life we would gather right before Christmas to bake her mothers recipe for biscotti. In 2012 it occured to us that Andi's love of baking and her desire to feed everyone could live on and thus Andi's HOPE (Helping Other People Eat) was born. We offer the finest baked biscotti made from the freshest ingredients. The proceeds from our sales are then donated to local food pantries and soup kitchens to help feed the hungry. Andi's Hope to end hunger is now our mission: to end hunger one cookie at a time.
